As part of its transparency efforts, the GTA wanted to produce its first annual report to present its financial information and showcase the initiatives that have taken place over the past year.
The GTA wished the report to be presented in a magazine style, with an emphasis on an editorial look and feel.
Digital-first, the GTA required two versions of the report – one written in English and the other in Arabic.
To help inform the report, the GTA additionally required copywriting and marketing support.

Through interviews with key stakeholders, we gained an understanding of the GTA’s challenges and successes over the reporting period. Focused on the human side of taxation, we provided copywriting support to articulate the GTA’s mission, vision and achievements in a clear and engaging tone. Reinforced with editorial-style design, the bilingual review balances strategic messaging with visual clarity and accessibility.
Featuring infographics, callouts and data visualisations to enhance scan-readability and highlight key metrics, the report is perfect for screens, with modular sections, short paragraphs and callouts all supporting consumption on digital devices.
