The Parker Review
The Parker Review is an independent framework, comprising business professionals who each bring, on a voluntary basis, a wide range of gender and ethnically diverse perspectives. Set up in 2015 to consult on the ethnic diversity of UK boards, the review committee recommended a “One by ‘21” target for FTSE 100 companies. This target proved successful, with 89 FTSE 100 companies having ethnic minority representation on their boards as of 31 December 2021.
