The brief
As a key marketing tool for the company, Quinbrook required a visually appealing digital document which would impress their key stakeholders. Having previously produced ESG reports in-house, the company’s growth facilitated the need for a professionally designed report for this reporting cycle.
With lots of original photography to include, Quinbrook were keen that the report had a good balance of imagery and infographics to text to avoid the report looking too wordy.
A digital-only report, it was necessary for the report to be easily downloadable and compatible for viewing on all screen sizes.

The solution
Taking inspiration from other reports from investment firms in the sustainability sector, as well as Quinbrook’s established brand guidelines, we created mood boards to show different styles for infographic styles, font options and other visual themes.
Having chosen a style which could progress their existing guidelines, we created two template options to further narrow down the design. Having flowed in the content, we were able to embellish the report with Quinbrook’s own photography.
