Having been admitted to AIM, Skillcast required an annual report document to fulfill its regulatory requirements, and communicate its financial and non-financial results to stakeholders and investors. As this was their first report on this scale, they chose JDJ Creative as their design partner, due to our experience creating documents of this type.
Following a successful partnership, we were asked to design the company’s second and third annual reports, showcasing their latest set of accounts.

The solution
Working closely with the CFO, we created a document that met their legal requirements and presented the company’s values and ESG processes in a professional way. A print and digital report, we’ve evolved the report over three iterations, from one utilising black and white photography mixed with tonal blues from the brand toolkit, to one which stands out on digital devices, with colour imagery of Skillcast’s staff highlighting the importance they place on people.
