The challenge
A co-working space, ideaSpace brings a community of like-minded entrepreneurs together. They tasked JDJ with reinventing their brand, including the creation of a comprehensive set of brand guidelines, alongside a new look website. The principal aims of the website were to describe ideaSpace’s offering and provide a platform for the brand to communicate with its community.
What JDJ did
Wanting an approachable and conversational brand, we created a sense of community through the use of colourful fonts and modern, friendly typefaces. To represent inclusivity, we used bold ‘heads’ to represent the creative, scientific and analytical members that make up their community.
Professional looking with a clean layout, the website effectively explains who ideaSpace is, with the benefits they bring to their members clearly highlighted on the home page.
Dedicated pages make it easy to discover upcoming events, connect and keep up with the latest news in a simple and intuitive way. Alongside the design and development of the site, we also provided training to ideaSpace empowering them to use the cms and make routine updates in-house in the future.
In addition to the rebrand, we also provided ideaSpace with all the source files and trained them on how to implement them, enabling their team to automate any updates going forward.
